About Me

Welcome, I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Maia Jackson, MSW, LICSW (she/her) a licensed social worker, clinical supervisor, and psychotherapist. I specialize in stress management, life transitions, burnout, co-dependency, and identity exploration. I am also an LICSW and LPCC board approved supervisor and love mentoring other therapists in the work.

I’d describe my approach as integrative with holistic care practices, somatic based interventions, and an emphasis on strength-based, attachment, person-centered, and humanistic modalities. I strive to create a space that is collaborative and one that inspires curiosity, joy, healing, and growth. With a little laughter and light too. Therapy is about connection. So, it's important to me that folx feel seen, heard, and understood. This is a space to show up just as you are, for whatever you need.

Outside of my therapy practice, I love exploring new cafes and restaurants in the city, reading, nature walks, playing the sims, and spending time with my favorite humans.
